After several years of testing, research, and creation, I felt the desire to share my cuisine in a different way.
Maison Igué was born from a simple conviction: the pleasure of eating well should never be limited by dietary restrictions. This approach is rooted in a love for quality ingredients, respect for regional traditions, and placing people at the heart of every step. Restoring the full gastronomic and sensory dimension of eating — making it a moment of pleasure, health, and connection — is the ambition that drives this project.
A graduate of Ferrandi Paris and Johnson & Wales University in Providence (USA), I have held leadership positions in organizations such as Lina’s France (Head of R&D) and the Weber-Stephen Grill Academy (Executive Chef). I was also the chef-owner of Café Figue in Paris and a culinary instructor at Ferrandi Paris.
In 2021, the Maison Igué adventure came to life with the opening of a boutique-workshop specializing in fine gluten-free foods. Since then, the project has continued to evolve between France and abroad, always driven by the same passion: to share, to nourish, and to elevate flavors — without compromise.

The Cheffe
Nadia has a broad range of experience in her profession, combining consultancy (for major industrial groups, expert for the EBRD), research and development (for major catering companies), and practical experience (teaching and training in the culinary arts at renowned institutions, as well as for private individuals, etc.). She has also held managerial positions with major brands, as well as coaching organizational leaders and project creators
After years of experimentation and research into the best products, Nadia's aim is to give the general public access to carefully selected, exceptional products at the right price. In addition to developing her range of delicatessen products, Nadia offers bakery, catering and personal chef services.
Intolerant to gluten, she works on flavors and textures around this constraint to make her gluten-free creations accessible to all!
Through Maison Igué, Nadia has set her heart on unearthing, assembling, creating, surprising and composing sweet, beautiful melodies for her customers' eyes, noses and palates.
